Exercise

Exercise is important for daily well being.  Moving your body is a great way to increase endorphins, relieve stress and clear your mind.  Regular exercise can help decrease blood sugar, high blood pressure and cholesterol as well.   Exercise can be a expensive as you want (higher a personal in home trainer) or free (go for a walk or run).  On the flip side exercise can be deadly if taken too far.  If you are exercising even after sustaining an injury or if you use exercise a punishment that you MUST do you can be doing more harm than good.
